Take dedicated time to unwind, de-stress and deeply connect with your body and your baby. These sessions offer a nurturing blend of gentle movement, guided meditations, hypnobirthing tools and calming breathing techniques—all designed to help you feel grounded, relaxed and supported.

 

Relaxation during pregnancy is more important than we often realise. Enjoy a few hours of pure zen through meditation, breathwork, hypnobirthing practices and soft, mindful movement, all within a circle of like-minded women.

 

Pricing

 

  • PAYG: £14
  • Block of 4: £50
    To book a block, please reserve any single session and note in the free-text area that you’d like the block of 4. I will then send an invoice for the remaining £36. Please note that blocks apply to four consecutive sessions.

 

Location

 

I have a pop up Relaxation Evening coming up on the 25th February 2026 at the Family Hub in Aylesbury!!

Sessions are held at the beautiful rural setting of Oving Village Hall, HP22 4HD.
The venue offers plenty of parking, heated flooring and a peaceful countryside backdrop—the perfect space to unwind and connect with yourself, your baby and other local mums-to-be.

 

What to bring


You may find the following items helpful for comfort and relaxation:

  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket
  • Warm, fluffy socks
  • A comfortable pillow or cushion for your head
  • A birthing/exercise ball
  • Anything else that helps you feel cosy and supported when lying down

(A small supply of these items is available for anyone who needs them—except for fluffy socks!)
